The .pick module organizes all conventional order picking processes such as
- man-to-product and product-to-man principles
- single zone and multiple zone order picking
- single level and multiple level order picking
- co-packing, weight and stacking classifications
.pick supports these order picking technologies:
- pick-by-voice and pick-by-light
- put-to-light and pick-by-paper
- order picking using the Mobile Client and/or the Pocket Client
- separate order picking cart
- RFID positioning of order picking machines
The .pick module delivers detailed statistics on all order-picking related data as well as the entire order-picking time frame.
By combining .pick with the Savanna.NET® WMS, you can optimally control product replenishment and order picking. In doing so, Savanna manages the order picking zones dynamically. Savanna can assign products to individual order picking zones for maximizing operator efficiency and product movement. This ensures maximum flexibility in order picking work areas.
